Join the City and County of Honolulu for an educational Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Coordinator Enrichment Session on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. This special session is offered on the day before the City’s Storm Water BMP Workshops.
Connect with other ESCP Coordinators, engage in hands-on learning exercises, and hear from experienced inspectors and City staff. We hope to see you there!

Who’s Invited?: 2026 Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Coordinators
In 2024 and 2025, we hosted ESCP Coordinator Enrichment Sessions, focusing on project plans, BMPs for challenging construction situations, storm water team communications, Nānā Tool, and complying with permit requirements.
Please note that the workshop session is intended for certified 2026 ESCP Coordinators. If you are not yet certified as an ESCP Coordinator and would like to become certified, please see the City’s website for more information. The ESCP Coordinator certification course is offered through the Certifications Portal.
*The In-Person Enrichment Session will build on your training and experience as an ESCP Coordinator, but the session will not certify you as an ESCP Coordinator.*
